Meeting Space Options
We have three spaces available to rent. You don’t need to be a member to rent the rooms. Our two meeting rooms are always available M-F from 9am-6pm. All three spaces can be reserved for late night and weekend rental. Use the form on the right to start the process, and we will call you back to confirm

The Treehouse
- Rates – $20/hr or $140/day
This room can hold a group of up to 10 people. The room is tucked back in the corner of Cospace. It sits high with a great view of the surrounding trees, hence the name The Treehouse. This is a great room for team events, team meetings, client meetings, and other small gatherings. It is equipped with 5 two-man tables, and a large whiteboard. A projector and projection screen are available for use in The Treehouse.
The Boardroom
- Rates – $30/hr or $210/day
This room can hold a group of up to 25 people. It is also in the back of Cospace, so it is quiet. It is equipped with a full conference room setup including a 10 foot racetrack conference table and 12 leather chairs. This room is perfect for training sessions, association meetings, or lunch and learns. A large whiteboard, projector, and screen are available for use in The Boardroom.
The Open Area
- Rates – $50/hr or $300/day
For larger events, The Open Area of Cospace is great. During the day it is filled with coworkers. But at night and on the weekends it is available to outside groups. Most of the desks are modular, so they can be moved out of the way if necessary, or reconfigured to suit the needs of the event. It is wide open, measuring over 1,200 square feet, and can accommodate a group of 70 people in a mixer-type setting. For workshops, we can accommodate 50 seated people. A large whiteboard, projector and screen are available for classes. This space is available in the evenings after 6pm, or on weekends.
